With very limited time and so many resources on the web, it's nice to have one place to go to with a list of the best on the web and know that good information is at your fingertips without having to spend the whole day in front of the computer.

I would like to find really (truly!) FREE clipart websites for non-commercial use that I can share with others... (without those really annoying pop-ups). Most often, there is always a fee involved with cliparts, but I have found that there are a few who are generous enough to share their creativity with others.
